A safe, secure digital home for your Community School. Manage students, term fees, and safeguarding in one trusted app. #### **School Admin Made Simple** Running a community language school is a labour of love, often relying on dedicated volunteers and teachers. But managing hundreds of students, collecting term fees in cash envelopes, and ensuring safeguarding compliance can turn that labour of love into a logistical nightmare. **YourZown** provides the professional structure your school needs without losing the community feel. We replace the fragmented mix of WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and spreadsheets with one secure, branded platform. Whether you teach 50 students or 500, we help you keep your focus on education and culture, not paperwork. ##### **That Is Why Community Schools Choose YourZown...**   #### **How It Works: Zero Faff Onboarding** We know volunteers are time-poor. That’s why we made getting started effortless. **Parent-Child Linking** Essential for schools. We link parents/guardians to student accounts. Communications go to the parent, but the attendance and data track the student. **Term Fee Collection** Move away from cash envelopes. Collect term fees or tuition securely in-app. You can track exactly who has paid and send reminders to those who haven't. **Safeguarding & Welfare** Create standard forms for welfare issues or accident reports. Teachers can submit these instantly to the administration, ensuring a safe environment for all students. #### Safeguarding at the Heart When you are responsible for children, safety is non-negotiable. YourZown gives you total oversight. - Parent-Child Linking: Our system is built for families. We link student accounts directly to their parents or guardians. Communications and bills go to the parent, while attendance tracks the student. - Secure Medical Data: Store allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contacts securely. Only authorised teachers or welfare officers can access this data, ensuring privacy and safety. - Blended Families: We support multiple guardians per child, ensuring everyone who needs to be in the loop is included. Send polite reminders with a single tap. - Lower Costs: Our transaction fees are lower than major competitors, keeping more money in your school for resources and teachers. [Sign Up, It's Free](https://yourzown.com/sign-up-for-a-free-account-build-your-zone-with-yourzown?hsLang=en) #### The Teacher’s Digital Register Paper registers get lost. Digital ones don't. - Attendance Tracking: Teachers can mark attendance on their phones in seconds. Admins get a real-time view of who is on-site. - Classroom Checklists: Create mandatory checks for teachers, such as "Health & Safety Check" or "End of Day Release," to ensure all procedures are followed. [Sign Up, It's Free](https://yourzown.com/sign-up-for-a-free-account-build-your-zone-with-yourzown?hsLang=en) #### Centralised Resources Share more than just messages. - Document Hub: Upload curriculum guides, homework sheets, or term dates to the central document hub. Parents can access these anytime—no more "I lost the paper" excuses. - School Policies: Keep your Code of Conduct, Safeguarding Policy, and Constitution visible and accessible to all members. Your technology should reflect that. - Custom Branding: Parents download an app that features your school’s logo and colours throughout the app, not a generic third-party brand. - Targeted Communication: Send messages to specific classes (e.g., "Level 1 Spanish" or "GCSE Prep") so parents only receive relevant updates. Community schools are about more than just lessons; they are about connection. - Events & Cultural Celebrations: Organising a cultural festival or an end-of-term performance? Manage RSVPs, sell tickets, and coordinate volunteers all within the app. - Volunteer Management: Easily assign roles for playground duty or event help, so everyone knows their responsibility. #### **Secure Your School Today** Give your teachers the tools they need and your parents the peace of mind they deserve. # Let’s do this Build your community club app on solid foundations.
