The biggest news in this release is the introduction of our comprehensive League System. We know that many clubs are part of a larger league structure, and now, YourZown fully supports this. Leagues can be onboarded as parent entities with their sub-clubs, whether they are public or private.
Clubs can now seamlessly request to join public leagues or use a unique key to join private ones. We've also implemented a full invitation and request flow between leagues and clubs, making the connection process a breeze.
While we designed this with sports leagues in mind, its power lies in its flexibility. This new enhancement is perfect for any organisation with a hierarchical structure. For example, a large community club can coordinate activities across several satellite centres with ease, ensuring seamless communication and oversight from the top down.

Because everyone is on one unified system, clubs having their own instance of YourZown in order to work with the league or association, the clubs benefit from the power of the platform and as a result can effortlessly manage their own events, member availability, and payments , while that information flows seamlessly to the top. This gives you the powerful oversight you crave and your administrators the simplicity they deserve.
Leagues can now create and manage fixtures for all their connected clubs. These league-created match events will be displayed on both the League and Club mobile apps. For added flexibility, home teams have the ability to edit the time, date, and location of league-created events.
We're introducing a full event assignment system that allows you to add assignees like referees, volunteers, and other officials to any event. You can choose roles from a drop-down menu or add them freehand. Both the league and the home team can assign roles, and assigned users will get access to the event, even if they aren't part of the original group.
