How Does It Work? It's Simple!

Tracking progress continuously is now seamless:

  1. Revisit: When it's time to update progress, simply return to the existing Performance Post for that individual.
  2. Review: Take a moment to look over the current information – the goals set, the skills assessed, the feedback given.
  3. Create New Version: With a click, you can start a new version of that post.
  4. Reflect & Assess (with Context!): Here’s the magic! As you go through each question or metric in the new version, you'll be able to see the previous responses or scores right there.

This immediate context allows for powerful, in-the-moment reflection. You're no longer just guessing how things were last time; you have the data right in front of you, enabling a much more informed and accurate assessment of progress.
